Kathryn (Kat) Tracy is an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She started in the accounting and taxation industry in 1982. Ms. Tracy is a former IRS Revenue Agent. Ms. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science (BS)
degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University.

Ms. Tracy is a former member of the Internal Revenue Service’s Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC). She served for three years on the committee from 2009 – 2012. She was the Burden Reduction Committee Chairperson for 2012.

Ms. Tracy is an active member of the national, state and local chapters of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Accountants. She is a fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI).

Ms. Tracy is committed to serving the community. She has been offering free income tax preparation services through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program since 1988. She is the Site Coordinator of the Buckeye VITA site. She teaches VITA tax law training classes annually.

Ms. Tracy is treasurer and board member of the All Faith Community Outreach Services, a faith-based community services program that offers food, clothing, training and a “hand-up, not a handout” to the people of the Greater West Valley. She is a board member of The Odyssey Preparatory Academy. Ms. Tracy is a longtime board member of the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Tracy is an active member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Buckeye. She loves to teach children and has been a children’s teacher and leader since 1988.
